Overview
Flowbase connects distributors and retailers with a unified order flow: quotes, approvals, invoicing hooks, and shipment visibility. We implemented the transaction core in Django and a Vue.js front end tuned for dense tables and quick filters.
Challenge
Each side used different ERP quirks. We standardized on webhooks and batch sync for inventory, with clear failure states when a partner feed stalls, so support can act before buyers see wrong stock counts.
What we built
Searchable supplier catalog, cart-to-order workflows, logistics milestones, and admin tools for disputes and credits. Rate limits and idempotent APIs kept integrations stable as volume grew.
