Overview

Nexora’s customers needed one place to see pipeline, usage, and cohort health, without waiting on engineering for every new cut of the data. We partnered from discovery through launch to ship a dashboard that connects to their warehouse and updates as events land.

Challenge

Reporting lived in duplicated spreadsheets and one-off SQL. Account managers spent hours each week reconciling numbers; leadership lacked a trustworthy single view. The product had to feel fast at scale and respect row-level security per workspace.

What we built

Role-aware charts and saved views, scheduled email digests, and embeddable widgets for customer portals. We optimized query patterns against PostgreSQL, added caching where it mattered, and invested in empty states and loading UX so the app feels responsive under load.
