Overview
Skycraft’s buyers wanted fewer tabs, clearer permissions, and reporting that finance and HR could agree on. We shipped a React app on a Go API layer designed for fast list views and bulk actions on large orgs.
Challenge
Migration from three tools meant data mapping, role mapping, and change management, not only UI. We sequenced launch so critical payroll-adjacent flows stayed stable while we moved edge cases in phased cutovers.
What we built
Employee directory, approvals, document vault with access logs, and manager dashboards for team health. Saved time came from fewer context switches and automated reminders instead of manual nudges.
