Overview
Vaultix needed a web platform that finance teams could trust: immutable event logs, role-based access, and clear separation of duties. We built on Next.js with APIs deployed on AWS, wired to payment partners with idempotent flows and reconciliation tooling.
Challenge
Regulatory expectations and investor diligence required SOC 2–aligned controls, not a bolt-on afterthought. Security, logging, and change management had to be part of the same codebase habits as feature work.
What we built
Admin and customer consoles for transfers and limits, automated alerts for anomalies, and exportable audit packages. We paired engineering with policy templates so ops could answer “who did what, when” without engineering fire drills.
